高介电常数电子材料制备及其电性能研究

摘    要:实验利用传统的电子陶瓷制备工艺,制备了纯CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO)陶瓷,并且研究了结构及介电性。实验结果表明:CCTO陶瓷样品生成具有单一相的钙钛矿结构。纯CCTO陶瓷具有稳定的介电性能、相对高的介电常数和相对低的介电损耗。在室温条件下,介电常数基本上能够达到104,并观察到CCTO陶瓷具有介电现象。

Studying the Fabrication and Dielectric Property of CaCu3Ti4O12 Ceramic

Abstract:CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO) ceramics were prepared by the conventional ceramic technique.The microstructure and dielectric properties of the ceramics were investigated.The results indicated that CCTO ceramics were of pure perovskite structure when sintered directly without calcined.All the ceramics show temperature-stable dielectric characteristics,and the relative high permittivity and low dielectric losses as well.Dielectric constant at room temperature reached 104 from 100Hz to 1MHz.CCTO ceramics were investigated together with frequency and temperature dependence of dielectric properties in the range of 1kHz ~100kHz and-200~100℃.The results showed that the dielectric relaxation of the ceramics.
