| 摘 要： | 教师不仅是知识的传授者,也是课堂的组织管理者,他既要管理学生,又要协调课堂活动并监督学生的学习过程。大学英语课堂是大学生学习英语知识,提高英语综合能力的重要场所。好的课堂管理,有利于营造好的课堂学习氛围,从而使学生的学习和教师的教学达到最优化。基于小组活动的大学英语课堂管理模式在大学英语课堂上具有很好的可行性和突出的优势,体现了现代英语教学中由教师教学为中心到以学生学习为中心的转变趋势。

| Abstract: | A teacher does not only impart knowledge,he is also the organizer and manager of a class.He shall manage the students,coordinate classroom activities and monitor the process of learning.College English classroom is an importance place for students to learn English and enhance comprehensive English skills.Good classroom management will cultivate positive learning atmosphere and maximize both learning and teaching.Group-based classroom management mechanism is feasible in college English class and has distinctive advantages,which reflects the trend from teaching-centered pedagogy to learningcentered pedagogy. |
