| 摘 要： | 以问卷调查方式对三所大学中教师的教学与科研发展协调状况进行调研。数据表明教师普遍具有较好的教学与科研协调意识,但在校方现行的各项制度体系中,尤其是评价考核压力下,教师在教学科研行为中对于两者的协调难以充分实践。通过对不同教师群体在教学与科研具体困扰及冲突的进一步调查与分析,指出教学、科研团队建设是协调大学教师教学科研发展的有效途径。

| Abstract: | We investigated teachers in three universities by questionnaire survey about the degree of coordination in teaching and research.The data indicated that the teacher generally have good realization on coordination in teaching and the research,but in the school present institution system,under the appraisal system pressure,the teacher has difficult in practices in the dealing with teaching and reseach.Then,we investigated furtherly about the specifically puzzles and conflict in the teaching and the research.And through analyzes,pointed out that team construction the efficient path to the coordination in teaching and research which in the university teachers＇ development. |
