| 摘 要： | 法治是现代社会的一个重要特征,是构建社会主义和谐社会的政治保证,他对于人们的物质生产、精神生产和社会生产等一系列活动都有着沟通、规范以及保障的功能。法律权威是实现法治的一个重要支点,是维护社会生活生产,维护社会在良性秩序中运行的基础和根本。本文在阐述法律权威在当代社会秩序中缺失的表现和原因的基础之上,进一步阐述了在和谐社会中树立法律权威的原则和措施。

| Abstract: | The rule of law is an important characteristic in modern society,is the political guarantee in construction of socialistic harmonious society.It bears the functions of communication,criterion and guarantee towards people＇s material production,mental production and social production etc.The legal authority is a significant pivot to the realization of the rule of law.The legal authority is the basic and essence in maintaining sicial production and sicial movement in a banign ciecle.This paper expatiates the principle and measure on buiding up the legal authority in hormonious society on the basic of expatiation of the representation and reason about the lack of law authority in modern sicial system. |
