| 摘 要： | 自2008年《政府信息公开条例》正式实施以来,我国的信息公开工作得到了较快的发展。本文具体阐述了我国政府信息工作的现实情况,继而从提高立法层级、完善监督机制、重视利用网络三个方面来提出对完善政府信息公开的建议。
