| 摘 要： | 随着高职院校的快速发展和学生数量的快速扩张,高职院校学生一次性就业率出现下滑趋势,导致这种情况出现的原因是多方面的：有的学生本身就不想学习、不爱学习,因此在学校根本没有好好学习;有的因为学习能力比较差,短时期内提高专业能力的难度很大,因此在能力上短期内难以达到一些用人单位的要求;但是更多的则是反映在一些学生的就业观念存在比较严重的问题。

| Abstract: | With the fast development of higher vocational colleges,the number of students saw a rapid expansion in the past few years,while the employment rate of the graduates showed an obvious decreasing trend at the same time.Although this phenomenon was usually attributed to students＇ passive learning habits and inefficient learning strategy which directly caused them fail to meet the requirement of employers,we can not neglect the unreasonable conceptions of employment while they hunt jobs in the market firstly. |
