| 摘 要： | 本文通过对高等师范院校的大四师范生和中学班主任进行抽样调查,分析了高师院校对师范生班主任能力培养的现状,中学对班主任工作管理能力的具体要求以及中学根据实际情况反馈回来的对高等师范院校提出的好的建议,进而分析高师院校师范生班主任能力培养的必要性。 |
