摘 要: | 对教师评价是研究型大学激励教师成长的必然手段,本文在查阅国内外关于大学教师评价的文献基础上,对研究型大学教师评价进行动因分析,分为自我价值的实现、激励因素的影响、个人能力、社会环境、人力资本的理念、薪酬体系和绩效考核等动因。

Abstract: | On research-oriented university teacher evaluation necessarily means of encouraging teachers to grow,this article in access to domestic and foreign literature on evaluation for university teachers on the basis of analysis of research evaluation for university teachers,divided into realization of self-worth,motivating factors,individual ability,social environment,the concept of human capital,pay system and performance evaluation of motivation. |
