护生人文关怀能力与共情能力的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:了解护生人文关怀能力现状,分析人文关怀能力与共情能力的相关性。方法:采用人文关怀能力评价量表、Jefferson共情量表对150名护生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)人文关怀能力的总分为(179. 10±24. 51)分,不同教育层次、是否独生子女、与母亲关系的护生人文关怀能力总分具有显著性差异(P<0. 05);(2)人文关怀能力与共情能力呈正相关关系。结论:提高护生的共情能力、培养职业价值感等可有效提高护生的人文关怀能力,为建立人文关怀能力的培养路径提供参考依据。

Study on the Correlation between Humanistic Care Ability and Empathy Ability of Nursing Students

Abstract:Objectives:To understand the status of humanistic care ability of nursing students,and to explore the correlation between empathy and humanistic care ability.Methods:Using the method of convenient sampling,150 nursing students were surveyed by the evaluation scale of humanistic care ability,Jefferson empathy Scale-Chinese version(JSE-CV)compiled by Professor Nkongho.Results:(1)The total score of humanistic care for nursing students is(179.10±24.51).There were significant differences in the total score of humanistic care among nursing students with different educational levels,whether they were only children and those who had relationship with their mothers(P<0.05);(2)There is a positive correlation between human care ability and empathy ability.Conclusions:Improving the empathy of nursing students and cultivating their sense of professional value can effectively improve the ability of humanistic care of nursing students,and provide a reference for establishing the training path of humanistic care ability.
