| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展和人们观念的变化,老年人婚姻市场也呈现出新的特点,而在这些新的变化中,老年人非婚同居现象已成为当今社会逐渐关注的热点问题。老年人非婚同居既是一种准婚姻模式,也是一种养老模式。老年人非婚同居现象的产生有特定的群体因素,这种现象对老年人的晚年生活来说也有利有弊,本文从一定的法律角度出发,对于这一现象涉及的司法问题作出了相应的思考和建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of social economy and the change of people＇s concept of marriage, the elderly marriage market also presents new features, and among these new changes, the elderly unmarried cohabitation has become a hot issue of growing concern in today＇s society. The elderly unmarried cohabitation is a kind of quasi marriage mode, and also a kind of pension model.The elderly unmarried cohabitation has specific group factors,and this phenomenon has both advantages and disadvantages for the elderly. From certain legal point of view, this paper made corresponding reflections and suggestions on the judicial problems related to the phenomenon. |
