| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是高等学校开展思想政治教育工作的骨干力量，是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。本文从深入研究高校辅导员工作机制中存在的问题角度出发，提出健全和完善高校辅导员工作机制的观点，以期推动高校辅导员工作机制的探索和研究，为促进高校辅导员工作提供有益的启示。

| Abstract: | University counselors are the backbone of university ideological and political education and the guide of university students＇ healthy growth. This paper further studied the problems existing in the work mechanism of university counselors, and proposed views on improving and perfecting the work mechanism of university counselors, hoping to impel the exploration and re-search on the work mechanism of university counselors, and pro-vide beneficial inspirations for promoting university counselors＇ work. |
