| 摘 要： | 科学研究是高等院校的基本职能之一，更是研究型大学发展的命脉，而创新团队作为科学研究的主力军，对于研究型大学的建设具有重要的意义。本文首先介绍了学习型组织理论的基本内容及其五项修炼，然后阐述了高校创新团队的内涵、基本特征和重要作用，最后基于学习型组织理论的视角，对高校创新团队的管理提出理论思考。

| Abstract: | Scientific research is one of the basic functions of colleges and universities, as well as the lifeblood of the development of research-oriented universities, so innovation teams, as the main force of scientific research, are of great significance to the construction of research-oriented universities. This paper first introduces the basic contents and five aspects of the theory of learning organization, then elaborates the connotation, basic features and importance of university innovation teams, and finally proposes the theoretical considerations on the management of university innovation teams based on the theory of learning organization. |
