| 摘 要： | 随着全国高等教育总规模的不断扩大，人口出生率的下降以及高中生源的分流，高职院校面临着深层次的生源危机和生存危机。本文分析了高职院校面临的生源危机的原因，并针对原因提出了相应的解决对策，认为高职院校需要从打造核心竞争力、拓宽招生渠道以及推进就业工作等方面，变危机为转机，以适应需求。

| Abstract: | With the unceasingly expansion of the overall scale of higher education around China, the fall in birth rate and the influence of senior high school enrollment have caused a profound crisis in the student sources and survival of higher vocational education. This paper analyzes the causes of the crisis in higher vocational student sources and proposes corresponding solutions, such as the construction of core competitiveness, the expansion of enrollment channels and the promotion of employment, so as to transform crisis to a favorable turn and meet the requirements. |
