| 摘 要： | 认识论强调高等教育以探究高深学问、崇尚学术和运用高深知识为质量标准：政治论强调高等教育不仅以“为真理而真理”．更以知识的实用价值和直接服务社会为质量标准。新时期，认识论取向和政治论取向的高等教育质量标准难以适应个体与社会发展的内在需要。为此，高等教育质量标准应坚持以人为本，走向至善论哲学。惟有认识论、政治论和至善论融合、统一于高等教育质量标准，才能真正构筑高等教育质量高地。

The Inclusive Orientation of Cognitive Philosophy,Politi- cal Philosophy and Perfectionistic Philosophy on Higher Education Quality Standard |

| Abstract: | Cognitive Philosophy emphasized that the aim of highet education is to research and apply profound knowledge. However, Political Philosophy considered that higher education plays a vital role of serving the society rather than seeking the truth only. In this period, neither of these two philosophies could meet the de- mand of the development of individual and society. Therefore, the standard of higher education quality should insist on people ori- ented and move towards Perfectionistic Philosophy. The ultimate standard of higher education quality could be established only if applying the combination philosophy of Cognitive Philosophy, Political Philosophy and Perfectionistic Philosophy. |
