| 摘 要： | 本文分析了当前学生党员考核中存在的突出问题．并基于动物科技学院学生党建工作实践提出了构建并实施量化考核评价体系的重要性及原则．具体阐述了量化考核体系的指标、要求、考核主体、考核方式以及量化考核的实施．使学生党建工作更加科学化、规范化，有效提高了学生党员素质．保证了学生党员质量。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the current assessment of student party members in the existing prominent problems, and put forward the importance and the principle of constructing and imple- menting quantitative evaluation system, specifically elaborated the quantitative evaluation system index, requirements, evaluation subject, evaluation method and quantitative evaluation of implementation. The quantitative evaluation system made the students＇ party construction work more scientific and standardized, not only improved the quality of student party members, but also ensured the quality of student party members. |
