| Abstract: | There is a very general phenomenon that the university students are planning to look for jobs in other place which is not local place and according to survey, the number of the student has reached to 65%. In order to help college students achieve the offsite employment successfully, the article researches the methods and the simulation trainings about the offsite employment interview. |
