| 摘 要： | 青年教师是高校建设的重要力量。在当前我国高校大力实施创新教育，培养创新性人才的背景下，培育青年教师的创新精神，提升其创新能力，是迫切需要解决的问题。本文在解读青年教师创新精神内涵的基础上，分析了当前我国高校青年教师创新精神缺乏的现状，并提出了对青年教师实行目标激励、建立竞争机制、激发创新能力、加强创新素质的再培育、提高职业道德修养等项培育措施，以促进青年教师创新精神和教学、科研水平的全面提升。

| Abstract: | Youth teachers are an important force in university construction. In the context that innovative education is vigorous-ly implemented and innovative talents are cultivated in the cur-rent Chinese universities, training youth teachers＇ innovative spirit and improving their innovative ability,is an imperative problem to be settled. Based on interpreting the connotation of youth teachers＇ innovative spirit, this paper analyzed the current situation that Chinese university youth teaches lack innovative spirit, and proposed some cultivation measures, such as the im-plementation of target incentive, the establishment of competition mechanism, the stimulation of innovative ability, the enhance-ment of innovative quality re-cultivation, and the improvement of professional ethics, aiming to promote the comprehensive im-provement of youth teachers＇ innovative spirit and their level of teaching and scientific research. |
