| 摘 要： | 在“微笑表哥杨达才”等网络舆情事件中，政府、媒体、公众三方之间是动态的信息博弈关系。应从加强媒体信息的公信力和影响力、政府依法行政、公众依法参与推动政府信息公开三方面来应对网络舆情事件中的多方博弈，以达到三方共赢，推动服务型政府建设。

| Abstract: | In the online public opinion events such as ＆quot;Smiling Biaoge Yang Dacai （a lover for famous watch）＆quot;, the government, the media and the public are in a dynamic relationship of infor-mation game. The multiplayer game in the online public opinion events should be responded in the three aspects： reinforcing credibility and influence of media information, governmental ad-ministration by law, and the public involvement in promoting government information publicity by law, so as to fulfill a tripartite benefit and promote the construction of service-oriented govern-ment. |
