| 摘 要： | 二级学院是高等学校的基本组成单位，二级学院的科研管理水平不仅关系到教师的切身利益，而且影响校级科研管理部门运行的质量和效率；科研秘书作为高校科研管理部门和学院科研人员联系的纽带，应具备相应的业务素质及专业技能；在科研管理的运行中存在着一些问题，本文提出了几点建议，以期提高工作效率，进而提高高校科研管理水平。

| Abstract: | The second-level college is the basic component of u-niversities,so the scientific research management in second-level colleges not only involves teachers＇ vital interests, but also influ-ences the operation quality and efficiency of university depart-ments for scientific research management; scientific research secretaries, as the bridge between university departments for sci-entific research management and college scientific researchers, should possess corresponding professional qualities and skills;there are some problems existing in the operation of scientific re-search management, so this paper proposed several suggestions, hoping to improve the work efficiency and improve the level of u-niversity scientific research management. |
