| 摘 要： | 独立学院教务管理工作是学校管理工作中的核心部分，如何做到高效的教务管理，是每位教务管理者应思考的问题。本文以广西师范学院师园学院（以下简称“师园学院”）教务管理为例，结合笔者在师园学院教务管理工作中的经验，对独立学院高效教务管理进行探讨，提出几点措施。

| Abstract: | The teaching affair management is the core of manage-ment in independent colleges, so how to realize efficient teaching affair management is a problem for every teaching affair adminis-trator. Exemplified by the teaching affair management in Shiyuan College of Guangxi Teachers Education University （hereinafter referred to as ＂Shiyuan College＂）, combined with the writer＇s working experience in the process, this paper explored the effi-cient teaching affair management in independent colleges, and proposed several measures. |
