摘    要:本文研究主题为通过缔造新空间、新服务、新体验三方面内容,说明转型时代的图书馆员使命。首先,简要的介绍图书馆与图书馆员工作。其次,说明图书馆员通过拓展服务范围,缔造新空间。即图书馆员不断地拓展资料供给服务;图书馆员不断地拓展资料供给的理念。再次,说明图书馆员通过坚持以人为本的服务理念,提供新型服务。即图书馆员坚持以人为本、读者之上的服务理念,提供新型服务;图书馆员形成新型的服务体系,提供新型服务。最后,说明图书馆员通过增强自身素养与专业技术相结合,供给新体验。即图书馆员增强自身的道德素养,供给读者新体验;图书馆员增强自身的业务素养,供给读者新体验;图书馆员增强自身的服务素养,供给读者新体验;图书馆员增强自身专业技术,供给读者新体验。

Establishing New Space,New Service and New Experience:On Librarians in the Transformation Era

Abstract:The research topic of this paper is the mission of li-brarians in the transformation era from the establishment of such three aspects as new space, new service and new experience. Firstly, it briefly introduced librarians and their work. Secondly, it described librarians' establishment of new space through ex-panding the range of service, that is, librarians should continu-ously expand the service and idea of materials supply. Thirdly, it described librarians' providing of new-type service through ad-hering to the idea of people-oriented service, that is, librarians should adhere to the service idea of people-orientation and read-er first and form a new-type service system, in order to provide new-type service. Finally, it described librarians' supply of new experience through the combination of enhancing their personal quality and professional skills, that is, librarians should enhance their personal moral quality, professional quality, service quality and professional skills, in order to provide new experience.
