摘 要: | 情商教育是素质教育的重要内容,但现行教育体制对情商教育重视不够,学生情商缺失现象较为普遍,甚至由此引发了非常严重的社会问题。由于情感型教学风格在学生情商培养方面起着独特作用,本文结合小学阶段的教学和班主任工作实践,从运用情感型教学风格提高小学生情商的角度,提出了具体对策。

Abstract: | EQ education is an important part of quality education, but it is not stressed in the current education system, so the flaw of students' EQ is common, which even arouses severe social problems. Due to the important role of affective teaching style in the cultivation of students' EQ, this paper proposes specific countermeasures to improve primary school students' EQ from the aspect of utilizing affective teaching style. |
