| 摘 要： | 诊所法律教育突破了传统的理论教学模式,更注重对学生的职业技能和职业道德的锻炼。很多学校进行法学教学的改革,尝试建立了诊所课程,在开展过程中,取得了较好的成果,但同时也存在一定的问题,如果不加以解决,将会影响诊所法律教育的本土化。

| Abstract: | Clinical law education break through traditional theory-based teaching model,and it attaches more importance to the training of students＇ professional skills and professional ethics.Many schools have undertaken reforms on law teaching by constructing clinical course,and it proves effective,but there exist certain problems,which may influence the localization of clinical law education without proper handling. |
