摘    要:师幼互动是幼儿园幼儿与教师的双向人际交流,带有明显的教师个人教育观念和行为特征,直接影响孩子的发展和教学质量。影响师幼互动的因素很多,如:教师的教育观和儿童观、教师的教育行为惯性、教师的专业能力等。一年来,我们搭建平台,探索出多种形式的教研活动相结合的办法,如采用自下而上,循环研读的方式,提升理论知识;选定教研点,开展头脑风暴;同课同构,拓展互动思路;一课多研,使互动向纵深发展等,切实提高了教师建构有效师幼互动的能力。

Abstract:Teacher-child interaction directly influences children's development and teaching quality. There are many factors influencing teacher-child interaction,such as teachers' educational concepts,teachers' education behaviors and teachers' professional ability.In the past one year,we have established platforms to explore various types of methods that combine teaching and research activities, aiming to practically improve teachers' ability of constructing teacher-child interaction.
