| 摘 要： | 投篮是篮球比赛中运用得最广泛的进攻技术,它是比赛中唯一得分的手段。投篮命中率的高低是衡量篮球运动员临场水平发挥正常与否的重要标志。决定投篮命中率的细节包括正确的准备姿势、稳定的投篮动作、合理的运用憋气、稳定的投篮心理等方面,在教学和训练中必须加大强度。

| Abstract: | Shooting is the most widely used combat skill in a basketball match,and it is also the only way of scoring in a match.Shooting percentage is an important symbol of a basketball player＇s performance.This paper analyzes the main details determining shooting percentage,including fight preparation gesture,stable shooting movement,rationally holding the breath and stable shooting psychology, which should he strengthened in teaching and exercise. |
