| 摘 要： | 在班主任的教育对象中,有一个特殊的群体———单亲学生。单亲家庭结构的逐渐变化,带来了一些不可忽视的问题,虽然单亲家庭不一定是问题家庭,但单亲学生面临的问题更多却是不争的事实。由于单亲学生数量的增多和家长对单亲学生的教育失当,很多单亲学生无法接受家庭破裂的现实,以致于在学校出现种种不良的心理和行为,逐渐成为“问题学生”。班主任的管理与教育,有助于矫正单亲学生因感情缺失而造成的性格缺陷和心理障碍,帮助他们建立积极进取的生活信心,从而确立自己生活的目标。如何对单亲学生实施针对性的教育,促使他们健康成长,已成为小学班主任必须面对的一个全新课题。

| Abstract: | As a class teacher,there is a special group in our education objects,that is,students from single-parent families.The gradual change in the structure of single-parent families has brought about problems that cannot be ignored.Although single-parent families are not necessarily problematic families,it is an indisputable fact that students from single-parent families face significantly more problems.With the increase in the number of students from single-parent families and the improper education of them,as well as their failure to accept the reality of family breakdown,they may gradually become"problematic students"due to various abnormal psychological and behavioral problems.Through the management and education of class teachers,it is helpful to correct the personality defects and psychological obstacles caused by the lack of lovefor students from single-parent families,help them build a positive attitude towards life,and thus establish their clear goals.How to implement targeted education for students from single-parent families and promote their healthy growth has become a completely new subject for primary school class teachers. |
