| 摘 要： | 幼儿自主游戏活动是幼儿园教育的重要环节,幼儿在自主游戏活动的过程中可以了解世界,更好地适应成长环境。游戏还可以帮助幼儿提升智力,养成良好的性格和操行,使幼儿的身心得到良好、健康的发展。但在游戏的开展过程中,教师的定位一直是一个难以把脉的问题。诚然,在幼儿阶段这一学前教育中,教师的重要作用不容忽视。但教师的个人素养和专业水平直接关乎幼儿教育的质量和效果,幼儿自主游戏中教师定位如果不准将会大大降低游戏的质量和成效。文章结合实例,讨论了在幼儿自主游戏活动中教师如何适时地进行有效的介入等核心问题,希望可以帮助幼儿园一线教师对自主游戏活动中的角色定位做出正确的判断,提升教育水平,促进幼儿的身心健康和个性发展。

| Abstract: | Children's autonomous games are an important part of kindergarten education.In the process of autonomous games,children can understand the world and better adapt to their growing environment.At the same time,games can also help children improve their intelligence,develop a good character and conduct,and make their physical and mental development sound and healthy.However,in the actual development of games,the orientation of teachers has always been a difficult problem.It is true that the important role of teachers in early childhood education cannot be ignored.However,teachers'personal quality and professional level are directly related to the quality and effect of early childhood education.If teachers'orientation is not accurate in children's autonomous games,the quality and effectiveness of the games will be greatly reduced.The paper discusses teachers'timely and effective intervention in children's autonomous games based on examples.It is hoped that it can help kindergarten teachers to make correct judgments on their role orientation in autonomous games,improve the level of education,and promote the physical and mental health and personality development of young children. |
