顶岗实习教学质量评价体系研究

摘    要:顶岗实习是高职实践教学体系不可缺少的一环,在人才培养过程中起着不可替代的作用.顶岗实习教学的质量是衡量高职高专人才培养质量水平重要指标之一。笔者以教学专家(督学)、教学主管领导、学生、教师本人、同行教师、企业人员为评教主体,以顶岗实习教师教学态度、教学内容安排、教学方法、教学效果、教学秩序为评价指标,根据各主体评价侧重面,分别设计教学质量评价表.系统阐述了顶岗实习教学质量评价体系。

Research on the Evaluation System for the Teaching Qual- ity in On-post Practice

Abstract:On-post practice is an indispensable part of practice teaching system of higher vocational education, and it plays an irreplaceable role in the process of personnel training, so the quality of on-post practice teaching is an important indicator to measure the quality of personnel training in higher vocation- al colleges. The author takes teaching experts (educational in- spector), teaching leadership, students, teachers themselves, colleagues, and enterprise personnel as the evaluation subject, the internship teaching attitude, teaching content, teaching method, teaching effect, and teaching order as the evaluation index, according to the main body of evaluation on teaching quality evaluation, the evaluation table for teaching quality is designed, and the evaluation system for the teaching quality in on-post practice is systematically intemreted in this paper.
