| 摘 要： | 大学生就业能力是雇主、高校、学生各方关注的热点问题。通过“基于雇主视角的大学生就业能力”的问卷调查，研究大学生就业能力的内涵结构并对大学生的能力状况进行评估，为高校教育改革和大学生自我培养提供参考。
