| 摘 要： | 深化课程改革必须改变传统的教学方法，让教学方法科学化、现代化。过去“灌输式”的教学方式，使课程教学效果很一般。在新课程标准指导下，如何适应新形势，发展新优势，开辟新途径，是当今教师教学工作研究的新课题。本文浅谈新课标下教师的角色转变，以适应新形势下的学校教学工作。

Under the guidance of the new curriculum standard, how to adapt to the new situation, develop new advantages and establish new approaches is a new topic for teachers in teaching research. This paper briefly discusses the transformation of the teacher＇s role under the new curriculum standard. |
