| Abstract: | On the basis of summarizing the development situation of China＇s postgraduate education and the characteristics of postgraduates themselves, this paper investigates the role positioning of the counselor in the educational work of postgraduates. On the premise of respecting postgraduates＇ professional characteristics and subjective consciousness, through the targeted counseling, we attempts to provide good growing and development environment for the educational work of postgraduates. |
