基于人本化理念的五年制高职班级管理

摘    要:班级构建是班主任管理首要解决的问题。而目前五年制高职班级日常管理中普遍存在过分依赖制度、过于注重常规管理、管理模式不合理及管理理念僵化等问题。而五年制高职学生在心理方面又存在一定的矛盾心理和较强的自卑感,学习积极性和主动性相对较差,不利于班级集体的形成。本文从人本化理念出发,对五年制高职班级管理过程如何树立管理理念、创新管理模式、建立管理制度及评价机制等方面进行了有益探讨。

on Class Management of Five-year System Higher Voca- tional Education Based on Human-oriented Philosophy

Abstract:Students of five-year system higher vocational educa-tion have psychological issues on self-confusion and low self-es-teem. Moreover, their lack of enthusiasm and initiative in study has made class reconstruction the prime issue that needs to be taken action immediately. In current situation, daily class man-agement excessively depends on regime with abundant emphases on routine management; meanwhile, the existing management pattern no longer serves its purpose and the management vision is too rigid to meet the ever changing demand. This paper argues for a student-oriented approach to class management, it offers many insights on innovating management pattern, establishing manage-ment discipline, building management vision and designing man-agement appraisal system.
