| Abstract: | Refined management,as a concept of enterprise cul-ture, is endowed with specific connotation and meaning when in-troduced into the management of student affairs in independent colleges. Refined management has provided a unique perspective and method for the management of student affairs in independent colleges. Through elaborating the connotation and principle of re-fined management, this paper explores a set of important ideas to solve the difficulties of student affairs management in indepen-dent colleges. |
