| 摘 要： | 基于新时期对应用型人才培养的要求，围绕学生工作的目标、功能和作用发挥三个方面理念的转变，探索在应用型人才培养视角下学生工作的具体实践。提出以学生思想道德教育、自我管理能力培养、创新实践能力培养、职业生涯规划教育和心理健康教育作为着力点，将学生工作渗透到应用型人才培养全过程的思路。

| Abstract: | Based on the requirements for applied talents in the new era, the author explored the concrete practice of the student work in the perspective of application-oriented talents cultivation around the mindset transformation on the objectives, functions and role play of student work and proposed the idea to infiltrate student work into the whole process of applied talents training by focusing on students＆#39; ideological ＆amp; moral education, self-man-agement ability training, innovation ＆amp; practical ability training, career planning education and mental health education. |
