| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育的迅猛发展对高职院校教师队伍建设提出了新的要求,急需建立一支高素质的专兼结合的＂双师型＂教师队伍。本文在对我国高职院校的＂双师型＂师资建设的现状分析的基础上,对应提出了一些对策建议。

| Abstract: | As the rapid development of higher vocational education,it puts forward the new demand for teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges,and needs to establish a high-qualified ＂double-quality＂ teaching staff urgently combined with full-time and part-time teachers.On the basis of demonstration analysis of ＂double-quality＂ teachers＇ construction of our vocational colleges,the author put forward some suggestions to solve the problem. |
