| 摘 要： | 高职顶岗实习是实践教学体系中不可缺少的重要环节,在人才培养过程中起着不可替代的重要作用。我校坚持以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,切实有效推进工学结合教育人才培养模式,确保高职院校人才培养质量,积极探索＂2＋1＂的人才培养模式。在校企共同努力下,我校学生素质、能力、知识得到大幅提升。
