高校教学团队绩效评价指标体系构建

摘    要:教学团队是高校教学的基本单位,但目前多数对教学团队绩效的考察是将团队中个人的绩效进行简单加总。本文基于团队合作理论,将"团队成员口碑"、"团队成员关系"、"团队结构"等因素考虑在内,选取了一套新的高校教学团队绩效评价指标,在与相关领域专家进行访谈后,运用AHP方法,确立了各指标的权重,最终建立了一套教学团队综合评价指标体系。

Construction of Performance Evaluation System about Teaching Team in University

Abstract:Team is the basic unit of teaching in university, but most evaluation of team performance is based on the simple summary of individual's. Based on teamwork theories, this paper takes into account the "reputation", "relationship", and team structure, and then selects a new set of evaluation indexes of team performance. After the interviews with experts in related fields, this paper establishes the weight of each indexes based on an AHP approach, and finally constructs the performance evaluation system about teaching team in university.
