| 摘 要： | 贯彻胡主席以推动国防和军队建设科学发展为主题、以加快转变战斗力生成模式为主线的重大战略思想和全军第十六次院校会议精神,推动军队院校以信息化建设为主要任务的教育改革,针对我军信息化高素质人才的培养目标定位、信息化建设过程中军事特色的重要性,文中给出了新的观点。信息化高素质人才应包括懂技术的高级指挥人员和懂指挥的高级技术人员;在加强军队院校信息化建设过程中,军事特色是军队院校的立校之本,应走出一条与我军实际情况相符的军事特色信息化建设之路。

| Abstract: | According to the training goal orientation of high quality talents and the importance of military features in informationized construction, this paper gives new opinions. Informationized high quality talents should include senior technicians familiar with technology and command. In course of reinforce informationization construction, military characteristic is fundamentals of military academy, and we should explore a road adapting to the characteristics of our troops. |
