摘    要:本研究对维吾尔族大学生群体的学习自我效能感进行了调查,从激发内部学习动机、培养独立思考及解决问题的能力、为学习焦虑问题提供心理辅导、给予学生积极中肯的外部评价四个方面提出了培养维吾尔族大学生学习自我效能感的策略。

On Learning Self-Efficacy of Uygur College Students and Teaching Strategies

Abstract:This paper is a survey of learning self-efficacy of Uygur college students,and provides four teaching strategies to improve their learning self-efficacy.The strategies are to stimulate internal motivation to learn, to develop independent thinking and problem-solving abilities,to provide psychological counseling for the learning anxiety and to give students a positive external evaluation of pertinent training.
