| 摘 要： | 由于高职院校的学生有着与普通本科院校学生不同的心理特征,管理者对其班级管理存在着许多问题。本文从管理心理学角度出发,基于激励理论,分析了激励对高职院校班级管理的作用以及当前高职院校班级管理存在的问题,并提出了几种有效的班级管理策略。

| Abstract: | As the psychological feature of higher vocational college students is different from the common university students,there are many problems existing in the classroom management.This thesis from the aspect of management psychology,based on the Stimulation Theory,analyzes the role of stimulation in classroom management in higher vocational colleges and the problems in classroom management,and puts forward several effective classroom management strategies. |
