学前教师培训现状与培训需求研究——以山东省青岛市为例

摘    要:为有效地提升幼儿教师培训质量,本文通过问卷调查法、访谈法对青岛市173位幼儿教师进行调查,从培训时间、培训内容、培训形式等方面对幼儿教师的培训现状、幼儿教师对已参加培训的满意度及其培训需求进行了调查分析,并提出了相应的对策建议:将教师职业道德放在首位,贯穿培训始终;树立“教师为本”的培训理念,充分结合幼儿教师培训需求;将“互联网+”融入幼儿教师的培训过程,多种培训形式齐发展。

Research on the Status and Needs of Preschool Teacher Training: Taking Qingdao City of Shandong Province as an Example

Abstract:In order to effectively improve the quality of preschool teacher training,a survey was conducted on 173 preschool teachers in Qingdao through questionnaire surveys and interviews,investigating and analyzing the current situation of preschool teacher training,preschool teachers'satisfaction with the training they were received and their training needs in terms of training hours,training content and training forms.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:putting teachers'professional ethics first,making it run through the training;setting up a"teacher-based"training concept,and fully integrating the training needs of preschool teachers;integrating"Internet+"into the training process of preschool teachers,and using various training forms.
