| 摘 要： | 当前对于高职法律事务专业的教学方法而言，关键在于对法律事务专业进行了准确定位的前提下去思考，本文在对高职法律事务专业做了有效、准确的定位前提下，讨论高职法律教学方法，使教学内容符合专业与职业定位，在这种合理模式的引导下让学生获得职业能力，让高职法律事务专业真正与本科法学教育区别开，体现高职法律事务的基层性与辅助性。从而实现高职高专法律事务专业的良性发展。

| Abstract: | Currently, for the teaching methods of higher vocational legal affairs major, the key lies in the premise of accurate local-ization for legal affairs major. On the premise having made effec-tive and accurate positioning of higher vocational legal affairs major, this article discusses law teaching methods in higher vo-cational colleges, making the teaching content in line with the professional and career orientation, and under the guidance of the reasonable model, students can obtain professional ability, and it will truly distinguish higher vocational legal affairs major from undergraduate law education, thus reflecting the grassroots and supporting role of higher vocational legal affairs, and realizing the healthy development of higher vocational legal affairs major. |
