新升格高职院校教学管理的困境与对策初探

摘    要:教学管理是维护教学秩序、提高教学质量的重要保障。新升格高职院校的教学管理从中专模式向高职模式的转型过程中,遭遇了诸多难题,文章提出树立服务理念、完善教学管理制度、加强系部二级管理、重视实践教学管理、提升教学管理队伍素质、加强信息化管理等措施以解决这一困境。

Research on Teaching Management Dilemma and Countermeasure of Newly Upgraded Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:Teaching management is an important guarantee for safeguarding teaching order and improving teaching quality. At the process of transition from secondary vocational mode to higher vocational mode, the teaching management of newly upgraded higher vocational colleges encountered many problems. The paper proposes several measures to address this dilemma, such as establishing the service concept, improving teaching management system, strengthening the secondary management, attaching importance to practice teaching management, improving the quality of teaching management team, and strengthening information management,etc.
