摘    要:随着飞速发展的信息时代的到来,传统的服务管理已经不能满足高校的业务运作,现今高校行政服务建设势必会随着知识、科技的不断更新而改变。业务流程再造理论(Business Processing Reengineering,BPR)在国外各领域的运用已经很成熟,促使国内的学者及研究型管理者进行探究,但目前国内高校在行政服务中心建设方面还有很大的改进空间。因此,本文以BPR理论为基础,分析右江民族医学院校务服务中心大学生服务中心行政服务建设现状,找出存在的问题,对低效率的流程提出优化和改进的对策,从而使高校行政服务实现业务办理科学、服务高效、师生满意的目标。

Research on the Construction of University Administrative Service Center Based on Business Process Reengineering:Taking Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities as an Example

Abstract:With the rapid development of modern information age,traditional service management has been unable to meet the business operational requirements of colleges and universities.Nowadays,the construction of administrative service in colleges and universities is bound to change with the continuous update of knowledge and technology.The application of business process reengineering(BPR)theory in various fields abroad has been very mature,prompting domestic scholars and research-oriented managers to explore,but there is still a lot of room for improvement in the construction of administrative service centers in domestic universities.Therefore,based on the BPR theory,this article analyzes the situation of administrative service construction of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities at present,finds out the existing problems and puts forward the optimization and improvement countermeasures to improve the process with low efficiency,so that the administrative service of colleges and universities can achieve the goal of scientific operation,efficient service and satisfaction of teachers and students.
