摘 要: | 随着我国教育的发展,弱势学生群体这一名词涵盖了一定数量的,在教育资源占有、机会获得、能力素质等各个方面呈现出相对弱势并动态变化着的学生群体。近年来,弱势学生群体引起了高校决策者和教育者的日益关注。在解困体系初步形成之后,附加关注以其深层次、延展性的特点,着力于探究如何削减弱势对学生可能造成的长期不良影响。经过预判、建库、实施等环节的开展,使附加关注与常规关注形成互补,增添育人软实力的整体提升。
