| 摘 要： | 文章通过对笔者高校国际课程学习项目(SAP)实施过程的调查分析,探讨国际化人才的培养模式:首先,确定国际化人才培养模式的目标;其次,通过充分了解社会和学生的需求,合理设置课程体系;再次,制订相应项目管理办法,进而实现国际化人才培养模式理论和实践之间的有效联动,培养复合型国际化人才.最后得出建立国际化人才培养模式是高等院校国际化办学的必经之路.

| Abstract: | Through the report and analysis on the implementation progress of Study Abroad Program （SAP） in our university, this paper explores the international talent training mode from such three aspects as establishing the goal of international talent training mode, rationally setting curriculum system in accordance with social and students＇ needs, and making relevant program management method, so as to train comprehensive international talents. This paper concludes that it is an imperative way for universities to establish the international talent training mode. |
