摘    要:本文对东京大学附属图书馆部局图书馆(室)进行了研究,对部局图书馆与各学科及研究所的关系、部局图书馆职员和藏书,以及部局图书馆员的职责进行详细的论述。同时调研了中国高等院校学科服务、分馆和资料室的现状,得出国外学科馆员服务模式本土化启示:高校图书馆开展学科化服务除了依靠本馆的学科馆员外,还应该积极争取院系资料室的参与,充分发挥资料室的资源与人员优势,最大限度地提高学科化服务的质量和水平。为了实现这个目标,各学院的资料室必须进行整改,真正达到《普通高等学校图书馆规程》中所要求的那样:面向全校开放,实行资源共享。另外,本研究还指出学科服务的内容应包含对学术成果进行系统的收集、整理、保存, 保存,并且在适当的时机进行公开发布。

Research on the Subject Service Model in Sub-libraries of Tokyo University and its Inspiration to that of Chinese U-niversities (I)

Abstract:This paper researched on the sub-libraries of Tokyo University, including staffs and scope of their duty, holdings and the relationship to various disciplines. At the same time, it sur- veyed the subject service, sub-libraries and reference room of Chinese universities, and obtained the inspirations about local- ization of foreign subject service model, that is, in college the subject service, in addition to depending on the subjeet librarians of this library, the support from department reference rooms should also be used, reference room resource and staff superiority should be given full play, so as to optimize the quality of the sub- ject service. To achieve this objective, the reference rooms in in- stitutes should be reformed to "opening to the whole university and resource sharing" as provision in "Ordinary College Library Code". On the other hand, this paper also indicated that the sub- ject service content should include collecting, clearing up, saving and announcing in appropriate time the academy's successes.
