摘    要:随着职业教育的飞速发展,中职学校招生规模的扩大,来自农村及外出务工人员子女的生源逐渐增多,由此引发的中职学校在校贫困生人数相应增多,目前国家对中职学生有较为成熟的资助体系,现行中职学校贫困生的资助模式主要分为济困型、强技能、扶志型三种,这几种模式各自有着不同的资助理念和资助体系,但都未能有效解决从物质层面到精神层面等综合问题。本文通过构建济困、强技、扶心志的自底向上的三个层次立体化资助模式,综合运用经济资助、学生综合技能训练、学生心理辅导、创业就业指导等多方面立体化的资助从物质和精神上都给予学生全方位的资助。在实际应用中,效果良好,具有推广价值。

Construction and Practice of the Three-dimensional Sub-sidization Mode for Secondary Vocational Poverty-strick-en Students

Abstract:With the rapid development of vocational education and the expanding enrollment of secondary vocational schools, the number of rural and migrant students also increases accord-ingly, which accordingly leads to an increase of poverty-stricken students in secondary vocational schools. Currently, our country has a relatively mature subsidization system for secondary voca-tional students, and the current subsidization modes for sec-ondary vocational poverty-stricken students are divided into three types including relieving poverty, enhancing skills and fos-tering will, which respectively possess different subsidization ideas and systems, but they all fail to effectively solve the com-prehensive problems from the material level to spiritual lever. By constructing the three-dimensional subsidization mode with re-lieving poverty, enhancing skills and fostering will from bottom to top, this paper made an integrated use of economic subsidization, the training of students' comprehensive skills, the psychological counseling of students, and the guidance of entrepreneurship and employment, subsidizing students from both material and spirit. In practice, the effect is good, so it is worth promotion.
