| 摘 要： | 专业班主任在学生管理中发挥着重要作用,但由于专业班主任工作职能不清晰、教师能力有待加强以及考核机制不完善,导致专业班主任工作未能取得预期效果。为提升高校兼职专业班主任工作质量,需明确工作职责,建立与辅导员的分工合作机制;加强培训,提升专业班主任工作能力;建立考核机制,激励工作积极性。

| Abstract: | The professional class teacher plays an important role in student management,but it has not gained anticipated result because of unclear job functions,insufficient professional ability,and imperfect assessment mechanism.It is necessary to clarify the work responsibilities to establish the mechanism of division and cooperation with counselors,strengthen the training to improve the work ability of professional class teachers,and establish the assessment mechanism to encourage the enthusiasm of work for improving the work quality of professional class teachers in part-time. |
