| 摘 要： | 随着课程改革的深入推进，少先队活动在小学素质教育中显示出越来越重要的作用。新课程改革对少先队工作提出了种种新的要求与挑战，当前必须重视学校少先队工作的实践困惑，对新课程改革下少先队工作遇到的困难认真分析原因，努力寻求解决途径。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the curriculum reform, the young pioneer activity plays a more and more important role in primary school quality-oriented education. The new curriculum reform proposes various new requirements and challenges for the young pioneer work, therefore, we should pay attention to the confusions in the practice of school young pioneer work, carefully analyze the causes of the difficulties in the young pioneer work in the new curriculum reform, and strive to seek corresponding so-lutions. |
